You can receive your check-in on your phone either as a voice message or a text message. If you select the voice message option, you will hear a prompt instructing you to respond by pressing the number 2 on your phone. If you prefer a text message, press the letter 'R' to confirm receipt. Once you do this, no further action will be required. If you do not respond, a follow-up message will be sent 10 minutes later to give you another chance to engage. If you still have not responded and have opted to receive alerts, we will contact the support person or people you have listed for such situations. They will be informed that we have not received your response so they can reach out and check on your safety and well-being.
